1. Is Union EIG Market LLC a 100% DMA/STP broker or a market maker?
Union EIG Market LLC is not a market maker and never trades against its own clients. All trades are forwarded directly to the interbank market.
2. How safe is my money with Union EIG Market??
The security of your deposits is our highest priority. Without exception, investor funds are held with the highest degree of security segregated from company capital at leading global banks.
3. What is the minimum deposit for a live account with Union EIG Market LLC??
The minimum deposit for UniQum Terminal 2.500.- €. If you want to deposit USD to an account in EUR during the first deposit, this is of course also possible. Please note, however, that you will then need the equivalent of 2,500 € for UniQum Terminal in USD to be able to use the live account
4. Does Union EIG Market LLC offer different accounts for different investment volumes??
This is not so. There is only one market and only one spread. Every trader gets the same access to the market. We are convinced that this is the most transparent option and every trader deserves to have the best market access.
5. Are there commissions when trading via Union EIG Market LLC or how high are they??
Yes, commissions are charged when trading via Union EIG Market LLC It is our firm conviction that this stands for classic, serious brokerage. We do not hide any costs in the spread and act completely transparent. You can see from our prices which spreads the market currently has or which spread we need to hedge in the respective interbank market. If you make a trade, we charge a commission. We do not earn on your trade via the spread. This procedure is transparent, fair and - incidentally - cheaper.

7. How quickly can I open a live account?
You can open a live account with Union EIG Market LLC in a noticeably short time. Fill out the OAOF (Online Account Opening Form) completely. You will then receive an e-mail explaining the next steps and containing a download link for our trading platforms UniQum Terminal. After your details have been verified and your data has been received in full, you will receive another e-mail with the login details for your new account
8. How long does the account opening process take?
It usually takes 1-2 business days once all required documents are in place.
9. What documents are required when opening a live account?
To open a live account, we need the following information from you: Copy of a valid passport document. Other identity documents may be accepted or required depending on your country of origin. A so-called "utility bill". This is a utility bill. This can be, for example, a certificate of electricity, water, heating, residence, or credit card bill! Our customer service will contact you if necessary
10. What is the total cost of managing a PAMM account?
When you invest in a PAMM account with Union EIG Market LLC, you pay a small annual management fee of 4%. The monthly fees are calculated considering the minimum interest rate, deposits and withdrawals made and the performance achieved. We only earn when we generate profits for you.
